An opportunity has arisen for a medic with a background in Hepatitis to work for a leading global pharmaceutical organization, driving the therapy brand for marketed and pipeline products. A market leader in numerous areas, this is a global pharmaceutical organization that focuses heavily on providing their staff with an environment in which they can develop to their full potential.

The Role:

Working as a Medical Advisor supporting Hepatitis C you will be responsible for the following activities:

- Providing medical & scientific insight to both internal and external parties
- Interacting with Key Opinion Leaders and other external contacts related to the therapy area
- Meeting with customers and researchers on a regular basis through off-site meetings and conferences
- Acting as point of contact for all investigators related to the proposal of investigator-lead studies
- Acting as the medical signatory for the ABPI code of practice

The Candidate:

- Fully GMC registered
- Medically qualified with significant post-qualification clinical experience
- Has a specialist clinical background in HIV or a related therapeutic discipline
- Excellent communication skills and commercial awareness
- Credible and pro-active team player
- Leadership potential

Location: Home Counties

Remuneration:
The successful candidate will receive a strong annual base salary with a competitive benefits package including car allowance, bonus, pension, healthcare and other long term incentives.
