Senior Medical Manager Job

ROLE PROFILE

This is an exciting opportunity to work as part of a cross-functional medical affairs team with exposure to clinical trial development and medical planning. The key aspects of the role are as follows:

* Act as a medical lead for an established business unit
* To develop launch plans for products in development
* Support sales and marketing teams when required, in terms of medical & scientific guidance and training
* Development of clinical trial programmes
* To provide strategic advice on all relevant clinical issues
* To support other members of your medical team and provide guidance on medical issues where appropriate

CANDIDATE PROFILE

* GMC registered and medically qualified
* Significant post-qualification experience in a clinical setting
* Previous experience in the pharmaceutical industry is essential, ideally in a medical affairs role
* Therapeutic experience, either clinically or in pharma, in cardiovascular medicine or a related field is desirable
* First-rate communication skills
* Good leadership potential
* Solid understanding of the ABPI Code of Practice
* Great team-worker

REMUNERATION
