Medical Affairs Advisor Job

Our client is a leading pharmaceutical company with a major presence in the UK. They are looking to recruit a pharmaceutical physician in the role of Medical Advisor to deliver medical insight to meet brand and therapy area objectives.

Key accountabilities:
- Provide expert medical advice to support the delivery of lifecycle initiatives.
- Develop and maintain scientific relationships building customer insight and strategic partnerships.
- Visiting external customers resolving clinical queries.
- Medical input into key marketing activities and brand promotional material.
- Compliance through adherence to ABPI code of practise.
- Providing expert medical opinion into regulatory submissions to maximise the impact to the UK business.
- Lead on the design and development of local and regional clinical studies.

Candidate requirements:
- GMC registered physician
- Extensive patient insight through experience in the NHS
- Experience in the area of cardiovascular medicine is advantageous
- Eligible or studying Diploma in Pharmaceutical Medicine
- Higher medical qualification desirable but not essential
