Medical Advisor Job, Rheumatology - France

Our client is a Top 10 pharmaceutical company who are seeking a Medical Advisor, Rheumatology for their French affiliate. In this role you will serve as a internal medical expert for the therapeutic area as well as be responsible for networking externally with key influencers. You will work as part of a cross functional team and have close cooperation with global teams in order to maximise the commercial success of the brand.

Key responsibilities
•Provide medical advice to cross functional teams consisting of members from pharmacovigilance, clinical, marketing, regulatory and health economics.
•Develop and maintain national key opinion leader networks. Organise and participate in advisory boards
•Attend national and international conferences within the rheumatology therapeutic area.
•In collaboration with marketing develop scientific messaging for the brand.
•Serve as an essential medical team member for the development and lifecycle management of compounds in regional and global project teams.

Candidate Requirements:
•MD required
•Experience of working in a medical affairs role within industry
•Experience in the rheumatology/osteoporosis/bone/inflammation therapeutic area
•Ability to network externally with key influencers
•Strong communication skills both written and verbal
•Fluent in French and English
