Cpl Life Sciences have partnered with a global, well respected Biotechnology company to bring on board an Executive Director for Global Patient Safety. Reporting into the VP of Pharmacovigilance, you will be working closely with the US team and leading a very important pipeline for the business, with early and late stage assets.
Essential requirements:
– Medical Doctor
– Experience within Pharmacovigilance at a Senior level
– Global experience, particularly working with the US
– Line management experience
Responsibilities will include:
– Leading the assets and people within the pipeline
– Ensuring all drug safety deliverables required to satisfy regulatory obligations
– Support business clinical development strategies globally meet standards of quality and timeliness
– Acting as the primary point of contact for business lines outside the department for all PV-related activities for the therapy area
– Responsible for oversight, planning and management of TA operational and safety science activities and performance.
