The Only Medics team is pleased to present a highly senior Medical Affairs position within an up-and-coming BioPharma that has a strong Psychiatry pipeline. This role will see you act as a leader for the respective business group, providing strategic and operational input into the Medical Affairs function across the entire EMEA region.

As part of this role you will have a total of 29 reports, 9 of which will be direct. You will be involved in managing a collaboration with another established pharmaceutical company and will have the opportunity to lead the launch of three upcoming Psychiatry products.


• Medically qualified physician
• Significant experience in the Medical Affairs area, ideally at director level
• Established leadership and line management experience

Strongly Preferred:
• Experience with the Psychiatry therapeutic area
• Already working at an above-country level
• Final Signatory status
• Experience with launch
