The Only Medics team presents an opportunity to work at a senior level in a medium sized BioPharma on an exciting launch.

The role:
This position will take overall responsibility for the IBD Medical affairs team, comprising of 6 individuals. As well as working on the company’s main asset within IBD the future provides an opportunity to also work on a strong pipeline in other therapeutic areas.
As part of the role you will be involved in launch planning, including preparation of a NICE submission for an innovative Stem Cell therapy.
Key responsibilities include developing and delivering the Medical Affairs plan, managing a substantial budget, working with the MSL team leader to develop the MSL team, leading / overseeing a number of real world evidence generation projects and providing Medical Affairs support for the launch of the new stem cell therapy.

Medical degree
GMC registered physician with license to practice
ABPI final signatory
3+ years Medical Affairs experience
Line management experience preferred
Ideally PMST completed or underway
Strong communication, drive and leadership skills
