Our client is a global Pharmaceutical company, seeking an experienced Medical Affairs Physician or Pharmacist to be the head of their UK Medical team.
You will provide affiliate Medical Affairs leadership for the UK pipeline compounds & pre and post launch activities and be a trusted leader and mentor for the UK head office and field based team.
This is an amazing opportunity to lead a larger team, experience cross portfolio leadership and be the Head of the UK!
Essentials:
– Medic or Pharmacist by background
– Medical Affairs experience
– Experience in coaching/mentoring within Medical Affairs
– Final Signatory
Responsibilities include:
– Providing Medical Affairs cross-functional leadership and across any strategic alliance, medical input for local market access activities
– Medical Final Certification for the country activities to compliment that provided by the Compliance Hub
– Identification, recruitment, and line management of country medical affairs team and medical affairs leadership for preparation for futurelaunches and support existing portfolio
