This role is the perfect opportunity for an aspiring Medical Lead/Manager looking to take their first step into line management. It is a newly created role and offers the successful candidate the opportunity to join a team and put their own stamp on it due to being the first incumbent.
Our client is an exciting Pharmaceutical company based in Greater London that puts their people at the fore front of what they do even offering a monthly well – being allowance and flexible working pattern.
This role will receive direct mentorship from the UK Medical Director and is a fantastic opportunity for a GPhC registered Pharmacist or GMC registered Physician with Medical Affairs experience to take their first step into line management.
Therapy area experience is desirable but not essential and our client is keen to speak with either experienced Medical Managers looking for a new challenge or Senior Medical Advisors looking to take the next step in their career and line manage a small team.
To be successful you must have:
- GMC or GPhC membership
- Final Signatory status
- Ability to work in their office in Greater London 3 days per week.
