Medical Science Liaison Manager
An international pharma business is launching a new pediatric oncology product in the US and require a Medical Science Liaison Manager to help set up the MSL function. They are looking for Senior MSLs to take the step up into a leadership role and will consider candidates on the East or West Coast in advance of building a nationwide team.

Responsibilities:

-Serve as the primary scientific contact with Health Care Professionals at a country level on the specific disease area.
-Provide deep and advanced disease state and product information to all stakeholder groups as required
-Coordinate and pro-actively engage in medical interactions with KOLs.
-Work cross functionally to connect KOLs with other internal and external parties as appropriate.
-Organise specific events as required by the company including KOL led workshops and symposia, advisory board and congresses.
-Identify and develop potential areas of medical collaboration with KOLs.
-Work with the local, regional, national and international collaborative groups, guidelines committees as needed to ensure accurate and timely dissemination of product and disease state information.
-Identify suitable publication projects through ongoing relationships with KOLs.
-Identify, work up and propose relevant IIS projects.

Qualifications:
Ideally you would have be educated to Doctorate level but a masters in a relevant life sciences area wounds be considered.
Ideally an experienced MSL with a strong oncology background.

The business is based in New Jersey but candidates would be considered on the East Coast as this role could start form home.
