CROMSOURCE Expands in Poland

CROMSOURCE, which was formed roughly two years ago as a result of the acquisition of MSOURCE by CROM, has combined it’s presence in Poland with a new office in Warsaw.

When CROM acquired MSOURCE, the latter contract research organisation (CRO) had been internationally active since 1994.

Dr Oriana Zerbini, chief executive officer of CROMSOURCE, commented that the merged operation now has a “very large team in Poland, which is a key country for delivery of our clinical projects.”

The long-term aim of the organisation is to “continually develop our presence” in Poland, Zerbini added.

New premises

As part of the strategy, CROMSOURCE decided in 2011 not to lease new premises in Poland but instead to invest in the construction of a new office building in Warsaw.

The new office is located in the Zoliborz district.  The Warsaw building will house functions including Clinical Operations, Staffing Solutions, Human Resources, Recruitment & Selection, Accounting and Finance.

The building is also the site of CROMSOURCE’s Financial Service Centre Unit, which manages all invoicing, accounting and project administration activities for Group entities in line with standardised procedures developed over a number of years.
